THE RULING New Patriotic Party (NPP) has elected its new national executives, with the mandate of steering the affairs of the party for the next four years.
In all, 10 executives were elected by the party’s delegates, drawn from all corners of the country and beyond, during the 2022 NPP Annual National Delegates Conference in Accra.
Significantly, three of the newly-elected executives are natives of the Ashanti Region, which is the stronghold of the NPP. The party gets more votes from this region during elections.

They are Lawyer Justin Kodua Frimpong aka ‘JFK’ General Secretary, Lawyer Henry Nana Boakye aka ‘Nana B’, National Organizer and Dr. Charles Dwamena aka ‘Dr. China’, National Treasurer.

Residents of the region, especially, NPP members and sympathizers, have taken to the various social media platforms to congratulate these three gentlemen and also wished them well in office.

The other winners in the polls are Stephen Ayesu Ntim, National Chairman, Buttey Dankwa Smith, 1st Vice National Chairman and Rita Talata Asobayire, 2nd Vice National Chairperson.
The rest are Alhaji Masawudu Osman, 3rd Vice National Chairman, Salam Mustapha, National Youth Organizer, Kate Gyamfua, National Women’s Organizer and Aziz Futah, NASARA Coordinator.
