A renowned ordained Man of God and Founder of the Dependable Rock of Ages Church, Bishop Moses Doffour, has been enstooled as Kyidomhene of Kakraba in the Gomoa West District of the Central Region.
The Kasoa-based Bishop, who swore allegiance to the Paramount Chief of Gomoa Feteh, Nana Aborr Atta II, has the stool name Nana Kwadwo Akyedee Merenkenso.
The newly enstooled Kyidomhene of Kakraba swore the oath of allegiance on Monday at a memorable gathering at the palace of the Paramount Chief of Gomoa Feteh.
Speaking to the media after being sworn in, he expressed honour and delight at taking on a traditional leadership role, advising fellow men of the Gospel not to turn down the opportunity to serve society in traditional capacities.
He further advised bishops, pastors, prophets, and elders of churches to embrace the call to serve in traditional capacities, as they could better lead their communities.
He opined that when men of the Gospel and Christians in general take interest and play an active part in chieftaincy, their dignity and respect will soar in society as they serve diligently.
