KUMASI METROPOLITAN Assembly (KMA) has improved public accessibility by introducing a new communication platform, christened ‘KMA WhatsApp Channel’, managed by the Public Relations Unit of the assembly.

The latest communication platform uses the number: 054 031 5928, and gives the public the opportunity to enquire, inform, and discuss issues that would bring mutual benefits to the Assembly and its publics.

Already, the Assembly is accessible on all social media platforms, but the introduction of the WhatsApp channel will also offer an easier and faster communication option to both the Assembly and its publics.

Residents are encouraged to join the channel by saving the telephone number 054 031 5928 with the name ‘KMA WhatsApp Channel’.

The Assembly says information and feedback received through the channel will help shape service delivery and development projects across the city.
