The release announced that, starting from 1 July 2026, a special task force comprising environmental officers and security operatives will visit communities to enforce environmental health and sanitation laws.

It also announced a massive clean-up exercise at Abrepo Electoral Area on Saturday, 4 July 2026, which will be led by its Assembly Member, Hon. Bosie Amponsah Mensah.
