PHILANTHROPIST EXTRAORDINAIRE, Ibrahim Mahama, who over the years, has been positively impacting in the lives of many people, is once again in the news for positive reasons.
This time around, the famous entrepreneur has paid a staggering US$ 40,000, which is equivalent to also Ghc 500,000 (5 billion old Cedis) to save the life of a 13-year-old boy, who is very sick.
The beneficiary of Ibrahim’s life-saving act is one Jeffery Adjei Boakye, a Grade 7 pupil at Zion Praise Educational Complex at Maduma near Kumasi, in the Ashanti Region, who requires surgery.
The young boy is said to be battling with an end-stage kidney disease, and he was has been receiving medical treatment at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH) in Kumasi for sometime now.
However, Boakye’s condition has been fast deteriorating in recent times so medical doctors who are taking care of him have suggested an immediate kidney transplant in India to help save Boakye’s life.
Sadly, Boakye’s family doesn’t have the financial resources to cater for the expensive surgery so they resorted to an appeal in the media to help raise the colossal amount to enable Boakye to seek the crucial surgery.
Luckily for Boakye, Ibrahim Mahama, reportedly, read his pathetic issue in the media and instantly promised to fully fund the whopping US$ 40,000 surgery cost in India for the young boy to live normally.
Boakye’s Mother Shows Appreciation
Janet Koraman Kumi, the mother of Boakye, has wholeheartedly thanked Ibrahim Mahama for his generous act, saying that “My son will definitely live again because of Mr. Ibrahim’s largesse. May God bless him”.
Prayers For Ibrahim
In a related development, scores of people who have heard about Ibrahim Mahama’s latest generous action to save young Boakye’s life have said fervent prayers for the business mogul and his family.
“Ibrahim Mahama is not an ordinary human being, in fact he is an ANGEL in human form and I pray that God should continue to bless him with long life and more money so he can continue to support the needy.
“He is doing God’s work for humanity with his generous acts like what he has just done for young Boakye. May Almighty God grant all his heart desires for him”, Opanin Kwaku Duah of Ashtown in Kumasi, prayed.
Meanwhile, scores of social media users, who have heard about Ibrahim Mahama’s life-saving act, have also prayed fervently for him to continue to soar in his businesses so he can sustain his generous lifestyle.
