NGO Names Nana Ama Ampomah As Most Inspiring Female Politician for 2023

CAREER EXCELLENCE Awards (CEA), a non-governmental organization based in Ghana   has conferred on Nana Ama Ampomah, the Ashanti Regional Women’s Organiser of the New Patriotic Party the accolade of most inspiring Female Politician. 

At their annual awards ceremony in the Ashanti Region on Friday, the CEA in a citation said the NPP Women’s Organiser has by her activities and operations inspired many women and youth to enter politics.

The NGO added that her mannerisms and behaviour as a female Politician stands her out and therefore worthy to be considered for such an award.

“The CEA considers Nana Ama Ampomah, the Ashanti Regional Women’s Organiser for the NPP as fitting to be awarded the most inspiring Female Politician because her behaviour,  attitude and activities show”, the statement noted.

Dedication:

The NGO further noted that the activities of the NPP Women’s Organiser has encouraged many youth to enter into politics.

It stated that young females in the Ashanti Region now look to her as role model.

The statement noted that unlike some political heads and leaders, Nana Ama Ampomah shows respect to people, refrains from hate or discriminatory language and has been extremely generous to all persons in the region.

“Nana Ama Ampomah is a worthy recipient of this Award because she has for over a decade displayed exemplary character and attitude that draws people from all walks of life to herself and the party she leads and has been involved in many philantrophic events and gestures to the needy”, the CEA statement emphasized.

Appreciation:

Receiving the award on behalf of the Regional Women’s Organiser, Madam Ama Konadu, Subin Women’s Organiser and Josephine Ama Pomaa of Bantama NPP said the women’s wing was happy that their leader has been recognised for what she does.

The duo commended the CEA for acknowledging the modest contribution of Nana Ama Ampomah to the development of people in Asanteman.

They said the Women’s wing were beneficiaries of the kindness of Nana Ama Ampomah and could attest to others receiving same.

“We ask on behalf of the Ashanti NPP wing that the public especially those who are seated in this auditorium to imbibe into themselves the attributes of kindness, humility and God-fearing into their way of life since that has shaped the activities and behaviour of our regional women’s organiser”, the representatives appealed.
