Danny Opoku Antwi Hosts Ghana’s Delegation To Black History Festival In US

THE NEW Patriotic Party (NPP) Youth Organizer in the United States of America, Danny Opoku Antwi has hosted the Ghanaian delegation participating in the Black History Festival in the USA at his residence in Blacklick-Ohio.

The delegation included the Senior advisor to the President of Ghana, Hon Yaw Osaafo Maafo, Awal Mohammed, Minister for Tourism, Carlos Ahenkorah, MP for Tema West, Hon Ama Dokua Asaimah Adjei, MP for Akuapem North and Deputy Minister for Trade.

The rest were Hon Elizabeth Sackey, Accra Mayor, Kwadwo Baah Agyemang, CEO of the Ghana Digital Centers Limited and Kofi Ofosu Nkansah, CEO of NEIP, e Kwasi Agyeman, CEO of Tourism Authority, Akwasi Awuah Ababio, Director of Diaspora Affairs-Office of the President and Maame Tiwaa Addo-Danquah, Economic ans Organised Crime Office (EOCO)boss.

Treating the delegation to special Ghanaian delicacies by the wife, Mary Akua Kwakyewaa Antwi, the youth organiser said it was a pleasure to share a table with high profile party persons who had visited the USA.

Reactions:

Showing happiness, the delegation shared fond memories amongst themselves and had light hearted moments including some music performances by Samini and other Ghanaian artistes.

The team members played with Danny’s kids and wife, and also fraternized with the family the whole weekend.

Present at these events were the Columbus Chapter Executives of the New Patriotic Party who also shared moments with the dignitaries to learn from them plans by the party for the upcoming internals contests and issues of development for Ghana.

Speaking to this reporter, CEO for the Digital Centers, Kwadwo Baah Agyemang thanked the US youth organiser for the gesture.

He noted that the team had good moments and fantastic meals at the residence of the youth organiser, adding the memories would stick with some of them forever.

The CEO said every moment was enjoyable and noted that it was fun seeing that efforts of the Ghanaian government were being taken note of by the Diasporan and Black community in the USA.

‘’I commend Danny, who I call brother and the wife, for treating us to good meals and exciting moments at his residence and some of us would leave with treasured memories’’, Hon Agyemang stated.
