Ghana Still Marking Time At 65-Duncan Williams

Less than 1 minute Minutes

ARCHBISHOP NICHOLAS Duncan-Williams has stated that 65 years after Ghana’s independence, the country is marking time instead moving forward in the face of the abundant rich natural resources she is endowed with.

The Archbishop stated that it did not matter which political party “come and go”, the country will still be in a vicious cycle, which he attributed to “lack of love for country”.

He said Ghanaians are not patriotic enough to sacrifice and die a little for their country.

The Presiding Archbishop and General Overseer of Action Chapel International made these candid observations at a prayer and anointing service at the annual ‘Signs and Tokens’ Conference 2022, organized by Power Churches Worldwide at the Power Cathedral, IPT Junction near Asuoyeboa in Kumasi recently.

Archbishop Duncan-Williams, who quoted the scriptures extensively to support his point, stated that there is always “a mastermind or masterhand behind every happening” and that there is an error in everything that happens including “lack of love for country”, and stressed the urgent need for a new generation to correct this error.

The ‘Signs and Tokens’ conference is an annual gathering of people from various parts of the globe to worship in an atmosphere of love and further experience  the awesome power of God.

The month-long 2022 Conference which started on Sunday July 3, ended on Sunday, August 7, 2022.

The annual conference which was instituted in 2010 by Prophet Victor Kusi Boateng, Founder and General Overseer of the Power Churches Worldwide, was under the theme: ‘Breaking Negative Cycles’.
