You’re Not a Serious Person-Ashanti NPP Youth Organiser jabs Mahama

Less than 1 minute Minutes

THE ASHANTI Regional Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Raphael Sarfo Patrick says the former President, John Mahama acts like someone who is not serious in life.

Speaking to Omanhene Adu Boakye on SomPa fm in Kumasi, the youth organiser wondered why the former President thinks that he could get Ghanaians to vote for him when he ran the country down when he got the opportunity to lead the nation.

Mr Sarfo said instead of taking a back seat and reflecting on his life, the former President had rather chosen to stir controversy with his comments with the famous one being the claim that he would scrap the payment of ex-gratia to former state actors who are due pensions under the Article 71 category.

‘’I feel the former President is not a serious person and no wonder his recent comments have been empty without any substance’’, the NPP youth organiser stated.

Details:

The Youth Organiser said the NPP government was very focused on working to turn the economy around.

He noted that the Ghanaian people would attest to the work rate of the NPP government including the development projects it has embarked upon since 2017.

Sarfo Patrick was hopeful that the current difficulties the country was unfortunately going through would soon be surmounted.

‘’The NPP is not moved by the emptiness of the former President but is focused on delivering on the mandate given to it by the Ghanaian people and would surely work to turn things around’’, the Youth Organiser stressed.

NPP Projection:

The Youth Organiser argued that the work the Akufo-Addo/Dr Bawumia had done including the digitalization agenda cannot be equaled.

He noted that he was hopeful that the government would come up with more life changing and transformational projects like the one district one factory, planting for food and jobs as well as many others it has implemented.

This, he affirmed, would create job opening opportunities for the youth to be gainfully employed after school.

‘’Some of us are very sure that the NPP will win the 2024 elections not because of anything but due to the work the NPP has done and will continue to do in government’’, Sarfo Patrick intimated.
