Otumfuo made the above remarks when Michael Owusu Addo, known in show-biz industry as ‘Sarkodie’, paid a courtesy call on him at the Manhyia Palace in Kumasi yesterday.
Sarkodie and his team visited the Asante monarch to officially inform him about the famous ‘Rapperholic concert’, scheduled for September in Kumasi.
The King of Asante, in his remarks, expressed his affection for Sarkodie, urging him to live a life worthy of emulation.
“I share your glory; therefore, if you do anything untoward, it will negatively affect me here ,” Otumfuo said.
He instructed his team to support Sarkodie in gaining more laurels in the music industry.
Sarkodie, who was humbled by Otumfuo’s wise counsel and praise, wholeheartedly thanked the King, and promised to abide by his advice.
