In a miraculous turn of events, a mosque located at Bluelight, Adum, survived the intense inferno that ravaged buildings, goods, and properties worth millions of Ghana cedis last Friday.
The mosque, situated only a short distance from severely burnt buildings, shops, and temporary structures, emerged completely unscathed, leaving many in shock.
Muslims, who are currently observing Ramadan, expressed their gratitude to Allah for His mercy and supreme intervention in saving their mosque from destruction.
“Allah is great! My brother, Allah is great!” exclaimed Musah Amadu, a witness to the disaster, as he expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Allah for sparing their mosque.
According to Amadu, during the fire outbreak, everyone in the mosque rushed outside to save their lives.
Surprisingly, the fire did not spread to the mosque before firefighters brought the blaze under control after several hours.
