Decathlon Sports Shop, a state-of-the-art sports retail outlet, has been launched at the Kumasi City Mall located at Asokwa, marking a major boost for the region’s sports and retail scene.

The ceremony held on Saturday, March 21, was graced by Hon. Richard Ofori Agyeman Boadi, Mayor of Kumasi, and Hon. Amoh Kamel, MCE for Asokwa, representing the Ashanti Regional Minister, Hon. Dr. Frank Amoakohene.

The outlet is poised to create jobs for local youth and equip athletes and fitness enthusiasts with top-notch sporting gear, driving sports growth, healthy lifestyles, and economic progress.

The dignitaries praised Decathlon’s investment in the Ashanti Region and reaffirmed government support for development initiatives on behalf of the Regional Minister.
