A 45-member contingent of Kumasi Asante Kotoko SC will depart Ghana for South Africa on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, to participate in the Toyota Cup.
The Porcupine Warriors will face South African giants Kaiser Chiefs in the second edition of the Toyota Cup on July 26 at Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.

The one-off international fixture promises to be highly competitive, with Kotoko determined to avenge their 2001 loss.
In a previous encounter, the Ghanaian giants lost 2-3 to the South African club in a penalty shootout after a goalless draw in regulation time.
During their stay, the Kotoko contingent is also scheduled to visit King Misuzulu kaZwelithini, the King of the Zulu Nation and Monarch of KwaZulu-Natal.
