The special meeting will take place at the Royal Dome Rattray Park, featuring a military band and cultural troup to entertain the royal guest and his entourage.
At the time of this report, all 59 assembly members, heads of departments and units, mostly attired in traditional attire, are seated in the green, yellow, and black-decorated auditorium, awaiting the arrival of their royal guest.
Earlier today, the King of Eswatini, also known as “Ngwenyama”, who is visiting Ghana from June 24-28, addressed the National House of Chiefs, visited the Manhyia Palace Museum.
He is expected to have a private meeting with His Majesty Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asantehene, before joining the KMA’s special meeting later in the afternoon.
