“The NPP’s electoral victory on December 7 victory will start from the Ashanti Region, our beloved political party’s stronghold”, Napo pointed out in Kumasi on Sunday.

Addressing NPP members, he said, just as it happened in the previous elections, the Ashanti Region would vote massively for the NPP to help the party to retain power.

Napo, who has previously predicted a whopping 85 percent votes victory for the NPP in the Ashanti Region, stated that his target for the NPP is achievable.

“It’s easier for the NPP to get 85 percent of the valid votes cast in the Ashanti Region now with Dr. Mahamadu Bawumia as our presidential candidate”, he emphasized.

Napo, who worked to ensure the smooth implementation of the free Senior High School (SHS) policy as Education Minister, said the party members should work hard.

“With unity and hard work, definitely the 85 percent votes target will be attained in the Ashanti Region on December 7”, he said, attracting wild applause from his audience.

The occasion was the official launching of the Ashanti Regional NPP Campaign Working Committees and Women’s Conference, which was held in Kumasi.

Napo also said the NPP has already hit the road and campaigning for every available vote, stressing that nothing can stop the NPP from retaining power on December 7.

“The NPP is coming like ‘Kakai’”, he remarked, sparking spontaneous shouts from the crowd, adding that the NPP should retain power and sustain their remarkable works.

Napo, in conclusion, said the NPP is God’s party so the party always perform exceptionally good in government, urging the electorates to cast their ballot for Dr. Bawumia.
